History

Visionaries, Mr. Abdul Kareem Al Ayuni and Mr. Saleh Al Mugrin who graduated and became friends at King Saudi University, in the capital city of Saudi Arabia, had unique ideas, passion and a vision which made them to form a company. Their motto was to provide solution combining the Software, Information Technology and Electronics services to the market.

The young mind’s efforts and their passion towards a long term vision was impressed by Mr. Fuhaid Ahmed Al Ayuni, who was the Chairman of ‘Al Ayuni Trading and Contracting Company’, a well-established company having their line of business on civil engineering and construction of roads and bridges. He was also the elder brother of Mr. Abdul Kareem Al Ayuni. Taking their ideas into consideration and moving ahead, Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Mugrin, father of Saleh Al Mugrin was also impressed on their vision and they jointly took an initiative to form a limited liability company ‘Electronic Company for High Technology’ shortened to ‘ALIA ICT’ in early 2004 and opened an office near to Exit-14, Rabwa Area at Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
